Fasting before thyroid blood tests
Good morning. Am I required to go for morning fasting to give a blood sample for thyroid profile? Also can I take my thyroid medicine before the test or not? Thanks.

Fasting is not necessary according to the recent studies. Taking thyroid medicine before the test will not affect the results, so you can definitely take it.
