Dry mouth itself can cause halitosis, pnd associated with chronic sinusitis can worsen the condition.Yoi may need a second opinion of ent specialist. You can try gum or clove chewing to stimulate the salivary flow
Your dry mouth is likely from mouth breathing due to PND and sinus issues. White tongue suggests poor saliva flow. Also get TSH checked â thyroid issues can cause dry mouth, tiredness and breathlessness together. Stay well hydrated and try to breathe through nose. Saliva substitutes can help temporarily.
Proper evaluation and personalised advice are needed for your concern. A detailed consultation would be best to provide accurate guidance.

Since you mentioned you have thick clear mucus and pnd with a history of sinus surgery it could possibly be due to that consider some steam inhalation with carbol plus and also keeping clove in your mouth might help temporarily. If at night you are facing nasal congestion decongestants might be required. Also maiantain good hydration.
