Hello, I was going on my bike at night under a tree and some liquid fell on my eye lid , I stopped and wiped it with my handkerchief, later went home and washed it . Hello Doctor, I am a 25-year-old female. My recent blood test shows Vitamin B12 = 225.1 pg/mL (reference range: 197–771 pg/mL). I also have a Vitamin D deficiency as per my report. I would like to know: Is this B12 level considered low or borderline? What treatment or supplementation is recommended for B12 and Vitamin D? Should I consult a general physician or a specialist?
