I recently randomly checked my autistic brothers bp which came out to be 135 by 98 and pulse was 109
i repeated then it came to be 130 by 88
pulse came 98
should i get him checked or its okay to fluctuate this much
his age is 27 years
with no ailments until now

I appreciate your care and concern towards your brother. It's better to check his BP on different occasions ( when he is happy/ playful as well as when he is not easy and comfortable). Make a chart of it. If it's consistently above 120/80mmhg, we need to consider lifestyle changes and medicine if needed. It would have been nice if you have posted his current medication. Better to check his BP on Mercury machine than normal one at home.. that confirms his actual bp
