Vitamin D levels are low.
I started feeling fatigue a bit these days and got vitamin and thyroid test done. All levels are fine but Vitamin D is 11.7 very less than minimum (20). What to do?

Too low. Oral Injection Uprise d60k once a week for eight weeks followed by one per month for six months a complete therapy by WHO oral. Or inj uprise d60k one per month for three months.
