My mother was bitten by a stray puppy on the lower leg today. Small amount of blood was visible but no active bleeding or blood flowing and no pain. She went to a government hospital within about 10-15minutes. She received may be TT and ARV vaccine (you can see a shared picture prescription) and a schedule for further rabies vaccine. However, doctor didnt inspect or examine the wound before prescribing vaccinations. After receiving the vaccine at the hospital, she returned home and washed the wound thoroughly with soap and water for about 15 minutes. The washing was done approximately 30–45 minutes after the injury. Afterward, Savlon antiseptic cream was applied. I have attached photos of the wound (after wash) and the prescription. Could you please advise: 1. Does this look more like a Category II or Category III rabies exposure? 2. Was washing the wound 30-45minutes after exposure still useful? 3. Based on the photos and history, should rabies immunoglobulin (RIG) be considered?

I am feeling dizyness and laziness.I am not interested in working to do.hands seems to shake to hold tea or water drinking time.feeling no energy in body.frequently getting cold and nose blockage.if see mobile screen for 10mins then getting nose blockage. When I feel stress or think negative thoughts, then immediately i feel tightness sensation in whole head area, hands become tight numb, toes become numb. Weird sensation of tightness, pain like someone is pulling my nerves. My blood pressure is normal, but when I fear of future or regret about past career opportunities i missed or any other good things i missed in life....like never socialised with people much in youth... i suddenly I feel this...earlier I never faced...but now on even slightest anxiety or worry, numbess happens..since few months constantly im facing... can this be ever cured of is it permanent??

I don't drink alcohol. Neither I overeat, nor I eat anything unhealthy. I keep my food very limited as I am lactose intolerant. I avoid eating anything from street and eat only hygenic food. But everytime I do my LFT , my SGPT and SGOT levels are quite high ... My SGPT is more than double and SGOT is also increased everytime. What medicine and daily habit I can include that can improve my liver health.i also drink tea one time a day, nor do I drink any cold drinks and processed foods

28-year-old female with sore throat since Sunday morning, followed by feverish feeling, progressive weakness, body aches, and leg pain. Oral temperature is currently 102°F. Took Zerodol-P on Monday night and again today, but fever and weakness persist. What could be the likely cause, and does she need any investigations or further treatment at this stage?

I am taking booster doses after exposure to a cat. I received a 0.5 mL( abhyrab) dose on day 0. On day 3, I couldn't get the same vaccine brand, so I received a different brand was Rabivax-S 1 mL. Both are Vero cell rabies vaccines. Is it safe to take them this way?harm ful for immunity??
