I am feeling dizzy ghabarat that pulse rate is up that time like 110 but as soon as I check in oximeter first oximeter show 55 bpm in 4 second it increases to 65,75 than 85 than its keep variating between 85-95 one day same also happened is this oximeter error or what otherswise oximeter does show fluctuations but not from low to high

As per my latest blood test reports my Serum Iron is 48 , this is the first time i have got these low levels. I have B12 & D3 deficiency as well, for that i do take medicines - Neurobion Forte & Uprise D3. Can you please prescribe a medicine for iron deficiency.My Hb is 14 and it has always been at the same levels. Otherwise there is no health issue. I have a 6 year old kid.
