Paroxysmal Supra ventricular tachycardia occurs when the atrial rate is around180 to 220 beats per minute.This is corrected-by I’v adenosine usually in icu…if you have athero sclerotic heart disease with blocks angioplasty should be done.if psvt frequent then anti arrythmics to control ventricular rate are given like verapamil.this is not a fatal condition Thrre are good medicines to treat it

People do survive even after plaques develop in blood vessels. In fact, plaques start developing more or less,  in middle age onwards. Consult a physician or cardiologist physically for clinical evaluation, risk assessment regarding your risk factors and overall condition.
