I am having a painless lump in neck below the jaw more than one inch long since 4 weeks. It is hard and immovable and i think it has grown a little also. I consulted a physician who said it is due to infection by swelling of gland and recommended medicine for same for 5 days. In 5 days it has shown little improvement but again it has grown to same size.

I founf something lump like or skin tag around anal which was very small few months back and I didn't even observe, but today I feel little bit big, so what's this and wgich doctor should I consult, please fond in picture

Recently i have undergone some yearly tests and found that Globulin is slightly low 2.70 actual figures 3.1 to 3.5 AG ratio 1.74 but actual figures are 1.2 to 1.5 do we require any medication abdominal scan says fatty liver grade 1

In 2024 my ear crystals got displaced and after that I started having very frequent dizziness, vertigo and vomiting especially when I go to the gym and when I drive even if I am sitting in the passenger seat. I am really very disturbed by this dizziness. Because of this anxiety has also started. Many times I feel off balance like my brain is not in my control. That is why I first got a brain MRI done which came normal. After that I got a cervical and full spine MRI done whose images I had shared. Kindly help me I am really in need of it.

My Total t4 is below 5 from 2023 but tsh and free t4 always normal but I am seeing very fast weight gain from 2023 after total t4 below 5 is any way to increase total t4 so weigh gain cannot occur easily

So when i try to sleep at night my left hand feels weak. I am able to move the fingers and everything but it just feels weak unlike right hand which has no problem. What could be the issue? Who should i consult regarding this if there's a need of specialist
