Hello doctor I'm having severe gastric issues from last 3-4years but from this year things are getting worse had upper abdominal pain in middle 2times full night i didn't slept in February after that i changed my diet but from 2mnths I am having upper left stomach pain near or under left ribs and sometimes all over stomach also feels vomit and i'm afraid to go to doctors and do ultrasound and all test in fear of getting report not normal please let me know what can all be this

Sir, I had malaria (P. vivax) in September. After completing the treatment, I was tested again, and the results showed that the malaria was negative and my RBC count was normal. However, I continued to experience significant dizziness and a sensation of internal body vibrations, similar to shivering. Around November, I also developed a persistent cough. I became concerned and consulted a doctor. A chest X-ray was done, and it came back normal. The doctor suspected sinusitis and prescribed medications including levocetirizine, antibiotics, and a nasal spray. I took them for about 15 days, and the cough improved somewhat but did not completely go away, so I eventually stopped the medications.
