Dizziness triggered by head movement may be positional vertigo, but severe headache, marked neck pain, dry cough, difficulty taking a deep breath, body aches and poor intake cannot be assessed safely online. Viral infection with dehydration is possible, but meningitis or a respiratory illness must be excluded.
Next Steps
Please attend a physician/urgent-care clinic today for neurological and chest examination, blood pressure—including standing BP—temperature, oxygen saturation, blood glucose and basic blood tests. Do not drive while dizzy.
Health Tips
Go directly to the emergency department now if there is fever with neck stiffness, worsening/severe headache, confusion, fainting, weakness, difficulty walking or speaking, repeated vomiting, breathing difficulty, chest pain, bluish lips, or oxygen saturation below 94%. Severe headache with neck stiffness requires urgent assessment because bacterial meningitis is a medical emergency.
You are only 18 years old. You are too young to have age related problems. It is not correct to ignore such serious symptoms . It is difficult to give an opinion from your description.
Please visit a General Physician in your area for a physical examination and a few investigations . It could be as simple as anaemia or a viral fever. It could be Vitamin deficiency too.
According to your symptoms the dizziness might be due to ear problems so it will be better to consult any nearby ENT specialist.

Health Tips
If the problem gets worsen or not resolving please consult any doctor nearby.
The symptoms suggest acute vertigo, most likely benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) or vestibular neuritis, as the dizziness is triggered by changes in head position.
However, the associated severe headache, neck pain, dry cough, poor appetite, vomiting, and body aches raise concern for a concurrent viral illness or another systemic condition.
A proper clinical examination is needed, including vital signs, neurological examination, Dix–Hallpike test, ear examination, and assessment for meningeal signs if neck stiffness is significant.
In the meantime, stay well hydrated, avoid sudden head movements, and seek medical evaluation today.
If there is persistent severe headache, fever, worsening neck stiffness, weakness, difficulty walking, confusion, double vision, or repeated vomiting, go to the emergency department immediately, as these symptoms require urgent assessment
Proper evaluation and personalised advice are needed for your concern. A detailed consultation would be best to provide accurate guidance.

According to your history, it feels more like BPPV. For dizziness take Tab betahist 8 mg twice a day and avoid standing up suddenly and also do isometric exercises.
For dry cough , take syp Grilinctus D. And if you feel nausea and stomach upset. Take a PPI once before breakfast.

Hello. Based on your symptoms, experiencing sudden dizziness triggered by head movements, along with headache, dry cough on deep inspiration, neck pain, body aches, and initial nausea, strongly suggests a viral infection affecting both your respiratory system and inner ear/vestibular system (such as Viral Labyrinthitis or Vestibular Neuritis following a flu-like illness).
However, because you mention a combination of severe headache, neck pain, and dizziness, it is critical to get evaluated in person to rule out any neck muscle strain or meningeal irritation.
Symptomatic Medical Support:
1)For Dizziness & Nausea: Tab. Cinnarizine 25 mg (or Betahistine 16 mg / Tab. Stugeron) twice daily after food for 3–5 days to control vertigo/dizziness and motion discomfort.
2)For Headache, Neck & Body Pain: Tab. Paracetamol 650 mg (or Aceclofenac + Paracetamol) twice daily after meals for 3 days.
3)For Dry Cough & Throat Discomfort: A mild cough linctus (like Dextromethorphan syrup) or warm saline gargles.
4)Gastroprotection: Take Tab. Pantoprazole 40 mg daily before breakfast if nausea or acidity persists.
Next Steps
Since you have neck pain combined with positional dizziness and coughing, please arrange a tele consultation with me as soon as possible
Health Tips
Avoid Sudden Head Movements: Get up from bed very slowly. First turn to your side, sit up for 30–60 seconds, and then stand up gradually to avoid triggering dizziness or falls.
Stay Well Hydrated: Sip small quantities of water, ORS, or warm clear fluids throughout the day. Dehydration significantly worsens dizziness and fatigue.
Light Nutrition: Eat soft, easily digestible foods in small portions (like porridge, kanji, or soups) even if your appetite is low.
Rest: Avoid staring at screens (mobile/laptop) for long durations as screen movement can aggravate vestibular dizziness and headaches.
