Fever solve in 3 days & Tonsil problem solve in 1 week I drive rapido bike taxi in Delhi from last 45 days didnt taken any off 9:30 am to 11:30 am 12:30 pm to 4 pm 6:30 pm to 10 pm Blood Report - Tlc - 11.6 - ( 4 - 10 ) HB - 13.2 - ( 13 to 17 ) I exposure with my Friend I used precaution then for 15 minutes its not break Then it break inside vagina for 2 to 5 minute Then I wear new protection me not discharge , she got discharge After our relation my Friend she test hiv rapid card 1 & 2 serum from Lab at 51st day Blood taken from arm her its negative  I also exposure with worker girl 6 month back that time there is no break in precaution its Hiv Risk ? Please Tell help me

Hi, I had an elevated total bilirubin little so my G.P suggested golbi 300 for 3 months with my thyronorm first thing in the morning. I m on thyronorm for a long time n recently my dose was adjusted but never had any issue but ever since i m taking golbi I m severely constipated, i m taking ishabgol daily since golbi but one day i forget no stool or i have to strain. I was never constipated before , even for a small size I have to strain. Please help I dont want to rely on laxatives.

Hello Doctor, I visited two doctors one doctor said it's anal fungal infection and another on said it's CHRONIC FISSUIRE WITH INTERNAL HAEMORRHOIDS I am 19 years old. For about 1 year, I have been having pain in the anal area, especially during bowel movements and sometimes while passing gas. The pain usually lasts for a short time after passing stool. Two months ago, my blood tests showed severe deficiencies: Vitamin D was 5 ng/mL and Vitamin B12 was 101 pg/mL. I was treated with an Arachitol 6L vitamin D injection, followed by a 60,000 IU vitamin D capsule three days later. After taking the capsule, I experienced sudden dizziness and unsteadiness, which caused me to fall, although I did not lose consciousness. Since then, I have been taking 1,000 IU of vitamin D daily. My recent blood tests show that my Vitamin D has improved to 20 ng/mL and my Vitamin B12 is now 946 pg/mL. Most of my deficiency-related symptoms have resolved, but the dizziness and feeling of unsteadiness that started after that episode have persisted and have not completely gone away. I would like to know what could be causing these ongoing symptoms and what further evaluation or treatment might be needed. Thank you
