Flu

So my age is 28, I'm 5"7 feet male and a vegetarian, I'm regular to the gym taking my diet and all, but these past 1-2 months I feel tired and feel like very tired after heavy workout which didn't happened earlier. I too am loosing my hairs a bit more than usual, I am a bit scared about my low iron, or d3 or b12 deficiency. Should I go for the test? If yes what tests should I prefer. If no what should I focus on?? Or should I consult a doctor before the tests? I'm attaching the last cbc test I had in April.

I am taking iron tablets autrin from ariund 4-5 weeks as my iron levels were low. Now i started taking then alternately but i am facing nausea from last 2 weeks but not regularly. No vomit, nothing else just uneasy nausea feel. I took last dose 2 days back still geelinv nausea today. Is this because of iron tablets? Can i take something for this?

I have iron,vitamin b12 and vitamin d deficiency.please find attached medical reports and please suggest medicines for that

So , my brother fell down the stairs in 2021 and injured his head ...there was a bleeding then all ok...now from that he is suffering from a headache at the backside near the occipital region there is no swelling nothing ...but the pain occurs when 1. He goes out for a walk ( irrespective of season) it happens sometimes 2. Pain in the both the sides of occipital region when he shakes his head.   3. Sometimes pain in the backside of the eye.  4. Pain while touching and pressing the area. .. please suggest what could be this... This also elevates when he is dehydrated and hungry ...please suggest what could be this???

What is the safe dosage for them? Can I take i 500 mg tablet daily, or should I take them once every 2 days?

I got a cut around my neck while getting my hair cut with blade at a barber shop on 30th May 2026, it was bleeding. Do I need to take a tetanus shot? The last time I took a single dose of tetanus vaccine was in January 2026.

Last year april when i did cbc blood test my lymphocytes was 3129.06 cell/cu.mm. now recently last month i did cbc again my lymphocytes count came as 3825.6 crll/cu.mm. Is it a problem? Attaching the screenshots for reference.

From 3 days I am having headache around the temple area and head area around ear the intensity is medium and low range but there is a sense of discomfort and from yesterday I am feeling also sore throat(gale mei kharaash) and I also have pain in the left area of the neck I have taken disprin the first day and the rest days I have taken paracetamol 650 one at a day but the headache has not gone completely and freshness is not there what is it and how many days it will take to be completely gone and any treatment please tell before that I have drank cold drink and chilled fruit juice with ice..

Any suggestions to reduce my cholesterol with lifestyle changes instead of medication. I have reduced my diabetes from 7.3 to 6.5 through diet without medicine
