My sex 1st - sex with sex worker and i use condom and no condom break that time 2nd - sex with my friend that time I also used condom and till 15 minutes no condom break then its break inside vagina and immediately I change the condom and sex done that time ITS HIV RISK PLEASE TELL ME? MY FRIEND SHE TEST FOR HIV 1 & 2 SERUM BLOOD TAKEN FROM HER ARM AT 54TH DAY TEST NEGATIVE COMES

I had been having some reflux issues so went to local doctor- bp checked -140/90- acceptable Then i went to main hospital for some suggested blood tests- there i felt relaxed n hydrated so decided to get it checked in ER- it was 173/113- the highest i have ever seen- ( digital machine) They sent me to opd doctor who again checked- some digital machine where u put ur arm inside- 155/84 and then asked nurse to checked manually- 135/80 I am clueless how such fluctuations occured? Machines were both fine since other peoppe had ok readings! Doctor told me to trust only the manual reading which was completely acceptable

Hello Doctor, Last Thursday a stray cat lightly scratched me. There was no bleeding, only a small red mark on the skin. The wound has now healed. I have already taken Rabivax-S rabies vaccine on Day 0 and Day 3. The clinic gave the injections in the butt (hip) area. For the remaining Day 7 and Day 14 doses, is it okay if they are given in the butt, or should they be given in the upper arm (deltoid) or thigh for proper protection? Please advise. Thank you.
