Due to foot pain, swelling and abdominal pain tested Serum uric acid and USG Abdomen & Pelvis Uric Acid 7.7 Impression - Ultrasound Right kidney Tiny calculus 3.3mm in lower calyx Left kidney - Microlith measuring 2.8mm in mid calyx Mild Prostatomegaly (26cc ) Hepatomegaly with grade 2 fatty changes I am taking Cilacar T for hypertension and Thyronorm 50 for hypothyroid. Are these Ultrasound  changes age related normal or need medical consultation.

Hi I have few problems 1.When I am Standing I am feeling like slight kind of Head rotation but while walking or sitting I am not feeling that much ,i feel comfortable,I took MRI ,it's normal but at that time when I check BP it shows around 150 and doctor told this might be the reason for your issue. I want to know what is this issue 2.i have one issue whenever doctor taking any BP readings,my pulse will always spikes to 145 plus and BP also shows high but whenever I came out of Clinic or hospital,my pulse will goes down to below 100,so I want to know whether I have Real BP or tension one..i am unable to Take BP at low pulse rates , always my pulse will increase whenever I am taking BP..please anyone answer me

As diastolic BP Is 94 and systolic like 125 -128 reason for same and treatment of course Kindly guide

Hi, I'm suffering from dry mouth particularly night times and I cant sleep at all. My sugar levels ar within limits i.e Im non diabetic and along with dry mouth my foot and hand plam are also dry. Im applying coxonut oil to my foot before sleep, but within no time they were becoming dry. During day time i usually drinks 3-4 litres of water, eventhough i'm suffering a very high dryness in mouth at night. Can't sleep. Pls do help me

25th december it started to feel sore and there was a minor bump on the left corner of my lip. i ignored it and it got worse and it started to hurt to open my mouth and it started spreading to the area around my lip corner. then the skin got very dry and dark and i started to apply vaseline, there was a cut at the corner of my lips as well. the cut has healed and the vaseline helped with the dryness then i skipped it for a night and it got way worse. now it stings to apply vaseline and it’s very dry. the lymph node on my neck hurts to touch and also it hurt to swallow a couple of days ago but it’s subsided I'm attaching a photo. I'd be grateful for any help that I can get. Thankyou.
