Night pain in both legs that eases after some time is most often due to muscle fatigue, low vitamin D or B12, or sometimes poor calcium levels. Since the pain shifts between legs and settles on its own, it is usually not serious.
Next Steps
Get vitamin D, B12, calcium and haemoglobin tested. Stretch your calves before bed, stay well hydrated and keep a pillow under the legs.
