Neck Pain From Wrong Sleeping Position
From yesterday my left neck is paining from wrong sleeping or pillow position. i have taken Paracetamol 650 twice and used Volini and Hot Pads. Pain was less in the morning but pain increased after I tried neck massage and neck streching slightly. Please give me a oral medicine and what other things to do? I have also Ketorol DT but I didn't take it yet for simple neck stiffness.

Take tab intagesic m.r one every 8hours,  after meals. Avoid neck bending,  sidewards turning,  using a high pillow. Do not do any massage, till pain is present.

Neck pain after a bad sleeping position is usually muscular and settles in a few days with rest and gentle movement. With your history of fibromyalgia and a disc issue, though, it's worth being more careful about repeated strain and about adding new medicines on your own.
Next Steps
Keep using warm compresses and gentle stretching, and skip the neck massage since that made it worse. Please check with your treating doctor before taking Ketorol DT, since your other conditions and medicines need to be factored in before adding a new painkiller.
Health Tips
See a doctor soon if the pain spreads down your arm, you notice weakness or tingling, or it doesn't ease over the next few days.
