Low urine output when I have gastritis.Time duration to produce urine almost 5 to 6 hrs.I drink 3 litre water per day.What should I do now??

Hello Doctor, I am a 27-year-old male. I initially had an elevated homocysteine level of 19.96 µmol/L about 4–5 months ago. Based on this, I started taking Homocheck (which contains Cyanocobalamin 400 mcg, Pyridoxine/B6 10 mg, and Folic Acid 1 mg) daily on my own. After taking Homocheck regularly for around 4 months, I recently repeated my tests. My homocysteine is now 17 µmol/L, so it has reduced but is still slightly above normal. My Vitamin B12 level is 762 pg/mL, which is within the normal–high range. During the course of treatment, I experienced gastric discomfort, acidity, and intermittent tingling/virbration sensations, especially in the  feet. Because of this, I am concerned about long-term use of B6 and high-dose B-complex combinations. I have now stopped Homocheck and am considering switching to methylcobalamin (B12) alone with folate, without B6. should I continue Homocheck or stop it now?

Check my report, mention the key values that seem unusual to you. Is there any issue with Thyroid. Is there any issue with liver/heart/cholestrol etc

Yesterday around 10o clock some chased me and one of them came in close proximity with my right leg, i felt piercing pain though there are no bite or scratch marks should I go ahead and take the rabies vaccine

I have gone through routine testing and my b12 levels are 144. I have been prescribed meganeuron od. Do i need to have b12 shots or oral medicines are enough for these levels?

Would like your advice regarding possible rabies exposure and vaccination. Today while running in a park during the evening, there was no proper lighting in the area. Something briefly brushed my chin. I did not see any animal touch me directly. I later noticed that there were multiple bats flying above in the area, and also a butterfly flying nearby around the same place where I felt the brushing sensation. There was no bite, no scratch, no bleeding, and no visible wound on my chin. I did feel some local pain and burning sensation and tingling, but the skin is intact with no marks. I Think it is butterfly but no scared bat also 10+ bats flying around I have taken rabies vaccines in the past means on December 7/12/2025 . Based on this incident (no bite, no scratch, intact skin), do I need any rabies booster? If a booster is required, please advise the correct schedule. Also, please let me know about possible side effects if a booster is taken unnecessarily. Thank you for your guidance.

My mom has got left leg swelling and it's been 3 weeks now... Swelling is moved up towards knee now and skin color has changed to redish black.. We did scanning for which reports attached.. Pls check.. 1) is there anything dangerous. 2) dos and donts. 3) swelling is not reduced Note- medications as suggested by physician are going on since a week now..
