Hi, I recently tracked my sleeping heart rate with smartwatch. It spiked till 100bpm two times while in sleep. But my average heart rate was 58 bpm throughout. So the spike till 100 is it a problem please suggest.

Hello I have been losing weight without trying. I have done blood tests, chest xray, abdominal ultrasound scanning. I sometimes get poking like feeling in my stomach. Got 101 Fever with chill once and from the morning onwards have loose motion for two days. Took Ofloxacin for two days and 1 Enterogermina but didn't work then the doctor prescribed loperamide hydrochloride 2 mg tablet took 1 tablet and 3 & half of 4 th day went well. But again having the same issue watery loose motion. It is now the 5th day. Again after Loperamide hydrochloride next poop come well then after same time it is same. Frequency is not high but feel like poop after eating food. Within 10 mins of eating Khichdi and Curd have watery poop. Can I take any probiotic also with Leporamide Hydrochloride and Ofloxacin. Feel gur gur sound also in stomach. What medicine can I take?

I was on a medication for oral fungal infection in which i was prescribed antifungal medicine antihistamine and deflazacort 6 ..dose of deflazacort 6 was 6mg twice a day for 1 week and then 6mg once a day for 2 weeks..then i stopped taking it as i was getting acid reflux.. i want to know whether it is safe to stop deflazacort in this manner or can it lead to serious issues.. i m very much tensed

Doctor, today I was standing outside and a bat suddenly flew very close to my face. I had scratched a mosquito bite on my chin — the top layer of skin had come off and it was burning slightly.
