Hello. I have PMOS and have been struggling with weight loss since long. My gynae suggests getting mounjaro injections to lose 5-7 kg so I can get a head start. Need a doctor who can guide me through it.

Can I take semaglutide injections for weight loss as I am 5'6 and 85KG. What tests do i have to get done before taking the injections?

I am attaching a pic. These rashes have been there across different areas on the body like in the groin area underarms, stomach and chest. It's not healing since 28 days. I have been using itraconazole 200 mg and soap and liloconazole cream along with anti fungal powder as prescribed by the doctor, also I purchased homeopathy medicines but not using it. Both the doctos I,e dermatologist and homeapthy doctor said it's tinea corporis/ Ringworm.  Also it has not spread to my partner. I just want to know what exactly it is ? Tinea corporis? Eczema or psoriasis or any other rash. Is it a sign of diabetes or an early symptom of HIV.

I have been experiencing intense pain in the anus area since the past one month and there is bleeding and intense pain while passing stools or when the area is touched. The discomfort while passing stools are not reducing at all What exactly could be the reason? Is this Fissure, hemorrhoids or fistula or is it something else? How to get rid of it fast? My vitamin D total25 Hydroxy level is 13.6. pls recommend a supplement. I don't have any allergy to any medication.

Can any one pls suggest basic medicines that can be carried while travelling and also any general medicine for anxiety and in case of heart issue by chance.

I am taking lot of stress, anxiety due to overthinking of past negative events and anxiety on what bad might occur in future... this fear and stress is maybe affecting my memory and alertness focus... I forget what im doing, get lost in thoughts and make mistakes in small tasks...my gait has become slow and brain feels slow. Is this due to stress and is it some permanent damage? There was puss which came out itself but again there is some more puss formed in its surroundings and there is a Swelling in the feet. I consultant the doctor he prescribed me infection tablet with pain killer . I took for 3 days and there is no change. I visited again he told to complete the course... The tablet name is combiclick Sp 50 and Adifixin O.. no cream was prescribed.. pls suggest

A week back, a dog that lives near my building in my society licked my hand and her tooth touched my skin. It was only for 2-3 seconds, i immediately pulled my hand away. I checked my hand there was no bite mark nor any scratch and my skin was intact. I washed my hand immediately with Dettol twice and applied antiseptic cream for precaution. But now I am anxious if I should get the vaccination or not. Also I have a LASIK surgery scheduled for the day after tomorrow.
