Need suggestion regarding fatigue My TIBC is on higher side and percentage of iron saturation is low in iron studies.Is this the reason for fatigue.Pls advice for any supplements if needed

Hi my pulse rate is normal 70-80 bpm as soon as I lay in My bed i feel pulse rate coming very slowly feel pause greeter than 4 second but in oximeter pulse rate check it decrease to 50 bpm than i get panic and pulse rate increase than why there is sudden  decrease in while lying as I take mild dose betablocker for pulse rate from 8 months but this never happen

My partner was recently diagnosed with acute hiv 1 and syphilis ( vdrl negative tpha positive). He had all the basic symptopms I had no symptoms. Still got myself tested. The results as below- Hiv rapid screening - negative Hiv 1 and 2 antibody - negative Hiv elisa - negative Syphilis vdrl - negative Hbsag - negative HCA - negative. I am planning on doing the above tests again after 3 months. Please explain what additional tests do i need to do now to get fully assured of not having any virus- do i need to do hiv rna and tpha syphilis now? Also what are the chances that i have the virus but undetectable in the above tests because the antibodies haven't been developed yet?

I had fever for 2 weeks. Fever is gone but white mucus still comes from cough and nose. Since then I feel constant low energy, heavy head, and eyes feel very heavy even with good night sleep. Blood tests normal. Thyroid normal. I have taken monthly Vitamin D3 (Pores D3). I sometimes get palpitations during anxiety. Please advise cause, treatment, and if I can safely resume 8–9 hours office desk work.
