I Got a Cut From a Scissor That Was Used By Someone Else. The Scissor Was Used By The Other Person 40-45 Minutes Before My Use. The Scissor Was Untouched For 40-45 minutes, and then I Had Used It. The injury had bleeded, 2-3 drops of blood came out. Can This Incident Transmit Hiv, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Syphilis, Hsv? Should I Start PEP For HIV? I Have Shared The Photo of The Cut (Injury) Which I Got From This Incident. Please Help.

For last 3-4 months I'm experiencing pulse spikes to 100-110 & symptoms like shortness of breath...vertigo.. uneasiness...Sometimes a weird feeling in hands arms & legs...A few times i feel like pin point pain in my chest...All this makes me panic a lot like is this heart attack type emergency & usually lasts for 30-60 mins then becomes normal both pulse & symptoms... Sometimes the symptoms and spike is really strong and may last for 60+ mins sometimes they become normal in 15 mins BP: Always normal 110-120/70-80 ECG: Tested twice both times normal Blood sugar/Hba1C: Always normal Troponin/Lipo A/B 12/Apo A & Apo B (Heart risk markers):all normal Rest kidney..liver etc normal Abnormalities: Lipid: High TG (231)...high LDL(102)..low HDL (31) Haemoglobin: consistently around 12 with microcytic cells HS CRP (3.36) & Homocysteine (15.2) why is this happening?

Please  see the attached ecg. It was a part of routine check up through office, no symptoms nothing.

I have taken tetanus injection full course as a kid and one dose at October 2025 and one dose immediately after an injury on 26 june 2026. Can I develop tetanus and what is the probability and I am really anxious about this as it is almost life threatening. I am also taking Amoxicillin and potassium clavulanate, paracetamol.
