Hello Doctor, Does rabies indirect exposure need to worry!! If we have cuts in hand and touch any thing outside. Like door knobs, chairs, other inanimate objects in medical where many patients are coming for ARV. Also i washed my rabies contaminated clothes in washing machine. Does the machine contaminated now ? Does virus are still in machine. If we wash other clothes does it safe to use now ? Please answer!!

I am 32 years old male, since childhood having irritable bowel syndrome, for which I got severe vomiting and diarrhoea 10 months ago suddenly and urine completely stopped, then after 4 days 4 dialysis is given then urine started again and after 20 days creatinine became 0.87mg/dl. Then I repeatedly do blood test 3 times in the interval 3 months and creatinine lies between 0.85 to 0.9. Urine ACR 3.79 . Now my kidney is almost in good condition as it was before getting Acute renal failure???

My father is 63 years old and has recurrent incidents of severe abdominal pain starting near the navel and moving toward the chest, associated with inability to move or speak and  which resolve on their own in 30–60 minutes.
