Flu

For the past few weeks I have been experiencing brain fog and difficulty concentrating. I am also having frequent loose motions/diarrhoea. Recently I have also been noticing memory issues where I cannot remember small things. I am 21 years old and otherwise healthy. I wanted to know if this could be due to any nutritional deficiency like Vitamin B12, Vitamin D or Iron, and whether I should get blood tests done. Please advise.

From evening my BO reading is below 100/70 it's show 90/57 will pulse of 60-70. I have repeated multiple times. Generally it will not be in this range. I am taking concor 5mg in morning. Is this BP reading is dangerous

Hi doctor, What skin condition is it? And is it contagious or communicable? It has been present for about a year. It is only on my hands. It tends to worsen during the summer. It is itchy, but there is no pus discharge and no bleeding. The itching becomes more intense after mosquito bites. The rash/skin condition is confined only to my hands. Please suggest treatment for the same.

Hello Doctor, 34M from Angul. My vaccinated indoor pet cat scratched my hand on 19 June night. Minor bleeding/scab formed, and the hand may have touched a dusty wall. I got rabies booster at DHH (Govt. Hospital) Angul on 20 June. I had completed 5 rabies vaccine doses in Oct–Nov 2025, so they advised only 2 boosters and no RIG. For tetanus: I took it from DHH Angul around 10 March 2026, and also in Sept 2025. Do I need any additional tetanus injection right now?

While drinking coldrink I have seen that some teeth like marks on the bottle. I ordered and bought the bottle from blinkit online . Does this incident is a risk for rabies infection or just my doubt ?

Is it safe and ok to use tab, Domperidone 10mg  three times daily. and cap, esomperazole 40mg once daily or twice daily, instead of domperidone 30mg  + Esomperazole 40mg capsule ?
