With a normal ECG at 31 and belching/nausea already improving on Kinpride and Feculex, the pain you have marked in the left lower chest and under the left breast is most likely musculoskeletal - costochondritis or slips of the rib cartilage - kept going by the reflux and hiatus hernia. This is why acid medicines settled the belching but not the pain: the pain generator is the chest wall, not the stomach. Press over that spot; if it reproduces the exact pain, that confirms it. Continue the PPI for a full 6-8 weeks, avoid late dinners, lying down soon after eating and tea on an empty stomach, raise the head end of your bed, and add a short course of anti-inflammatory locally after checking with a doctor. Also examine the breast yourself for any lump, skin dimpling or nipple discharge - if any of these, get an ultrasound of the breast. Go to a hospital immediately if the pain becomes pressure-like, travels to the jaw or left arm, or comes with sweating and breathlessness. Book a consult with me on Practo and I will confirm this on examination and finish the treatment properly.

It is dyspepsia symptoms die to hiatus hernia.
Take small frequent meals, avoid fatty, spicy food, avoid lying down for 2 hours after food, try sleeping on left side with upper body slightly high if possible, if obese, reduce weight.
Continue the meds.
Aapko GERD aur hiatal hernia already hai, isliye left side/breast ke neeche pain reflux, oesophageal irritation, gas/bloating ya chest-wall muscle pain se related ho sakta hai. GERD/hiatal hernia chest pain bhi cause kar sakte hain.
Lekin chest pain ko sirf gas/GERD maan lena theek nahi hai. ECG normal hona reassuring hai, par symptoms ke context mein clinical assessment zaroori hai.
