SMALL HIATUS IN HERNIA
I, male, 67 yrs, from chennai. I diagonised as " small hiatus in hernia " . I felt respirstion, constipation for the last months. Sugar patient for the last 25 years, taking medicine regularly for last 10 years. Gave my smoking for past 10 years. Minimum liquor twicc in a month. My food intake is very limited. Advice me.

FOR CONSTIPATION SALAD TWO-TIME BEFORE LUNCH N DINNER , YOU MUST ADVISED IN DIABETIC DIET.
TABLET DULCOLEX AT NIGHT TILL MOVEMENT OF BOWEL ARE NORMAL.
YOU HAVE TOLD RESPIRATION WHAT RESPIRATION IS DIFFERENT OR DIFFICULT?
MAYBE DIFFICULTY IN RESPIRATION BUT SMALL H. HERNIA HOW CAN ?
TREATMENT IS DIFFICULT SO
CONSULT A CHEST PHYSICIAN FOR RESPIRATION.
OTHERWISE IT IS VERY DIFFICULT EXCEPT SURGERY.
