Gerd hiatus hernia issue
I have been diagnosed with hiatus hernia 1 year ago though upper gi endoscopy actually I used to have constant mild main in upper stomach so after that dr give some advice of avoiding some citrus food and tea coffee so few months ago I had eaten some outside food and junk so I had severe  pain so I did usg whole abdomen but it was normal then I went to gastroenterologist dr np bohidar again he told me that you didn't follow the diet changes that's why the pain started again so he gave me instaraft syrup drotinplus for sos and vono and told me to follow diet and avoid drinking water after meals so after instraft and diet modifications i relieved from pain and it was completely gone again now from 1 week constant dull pain in upper stomach is again happening so I have to always do diet modifications for this hernia please help I am tired of this dull pain and sometimes bitter type liquid comes in my throat I am attaching my report

See its clear that you have the hernia that is leading to gerd basically its acud reflux that causing these symptoms You have to take 6 weeks course of ppi and eventually the most important part of this problem is your lifestyle Start jogging , avoid citric food and fruits Eat less and eat frequently Stop eating when you are 80% full These basic tips will help you fight this problem Otherwise if worsens you can go for surgical options too, but that should come last

Sorry to say,  if u don't follow  advise  given  by your  doctor which is in so detail,  you have to  suffer. Why Don't  u go for hiatus hernia  surgery  so on6 major  cause is removed  n your  suffering  decrease  or abolished. Yet you have  to follow  all advise  given by your  doctor. You can try Mucain gel 10ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min can be taken 3to4 times  it safe. Meftal spas ds two times a day or sos. Lupizyme syr10 ml after lunch n dinner.
