From what you describe - the dog jumped on you, skin was never broken, no blood, no scratch mark, only a red bump that has already settled - this is Category I contact and rabies vaccination is not needed. Intact skin does not transmit rabies; the virus needs a break in skin or contact with mucous membrane. You already washed with soap and water, which is exactly right. But look very closely in good light for any faint scratch line, graze or pinpoint scab - if there is even a doubtful break in the skin, treat it as Category II and start anti-rabies vaccine on days 0, 3, 7 and 28, because with rabies we never gamble. Your tetanus shot a week ago covers you for tetanus. Keep an eye on the spot for spreading redness, warmth, pus or fever, which would mean bacterial infection needing antibiotics. If you want me to look at the photos and give you a clear yes or no, book a consult with me on Practo.

If it's fully vaccinated dog, then,There is no need of ARV.
As you have already taken TT a week ago. U don't need it either.
In case if it's a street dog or unvaccinated dog or you see any changes in its behaviour..... In any of these conditions are present, get ARV done for yourself.
