Minor scratch from a stray dog

Asked for Female, 53 Years

I got a minor scratch from a stray dog 3 months back, the scratch was just a mere line, no blood and was inflicted by the dogs claws. At the time the dog did not seem rabid. Do I still have chances of developing symptoms of rabies. Will taking a vaccination now help?
