Today I have been feeding my stray dog and I've been feeding him since he was born and he got very excited and in that excitement he jumped on me and my hand has got red bump There is no blood and no deep scratch and no pain and no redness. It's just a minor bit of swell which has reduced now and it's just an inflamation on my hand ,And I've been taken tetanus shot one week before and I immediately washed my hands with hand wash and got the Savlon applied. So is it any serious situation because this dog is very friendly and I've been feeding him every day. So is there anything I need to take care of?

From what you describe - no break in skin, no bleeding, only a pressure bump from his paw that is already settling - this is Category I contact and does not need rabies vaccine. Being a familiar, healthy, daily-fed dog makes the risk even lower. Your tetanus shot last week covers you. Savlon and hand wash were the right things to do. Watch the spot for 48 hours: if you notice a puncture point, spreading redness, warmth, pus or fever, then it becomes a wound infection and needs treatment.
Next Steps
No vaccine needed for this. Keep the area clean, apply an antiseptic once or twice daily, and observe the dog for 10 days. If a break in the skin appears or the swelling grows, get it seen the same day - you can consult me on Practo or at Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj.
If there no skin breech, then don't worry. It would have been nice if you have posted picture of your hand.
Observe the dog for 15days for any behaviour change. If you find any change, then u must get ARV done.
