Your mix of tingling in hands/feet, burning limbs, poor concentration and that odd minty-cold feeling after gallbladder surgery points strongly to a nutritional neuropathy - B12 and vitamin D deficiency are the usual culprits, and post-cholecystectomy absorption problems make it more likely. Thyroid dysfunction and early diabetes/prediabetes also give exactly this picture, especially with high BP, fatty liver grade 2 and raised triglycerides. Dry palms and soles plus scleral changes need direct examination, so get the eyes seen once by an ophthalmologist. Please get CBC, HbA1c, TSH, serum B12, vitamin D, creatinine and a lipid profile done, and go to a hospital immediately if you develop weakness of a limb, slurred speech or facial drooping.Do the blood tests above, then book a consult with me on Practo with the reports so I can start B12/vitamin D correction and sort out your BP and fatty liver together.

Aapke multiple symptoms (tingling, burning, twitching, limb pain) ke several possible causes ho sakte hain—vitamin B12 deficiency, diabetes/prediabetes, thyroid or electrolyte imbalance, nerve-related problem etc. Sirf gallbladder surgery ko direct cause maanna sahi nahi hoga.
Next Steps
CBC, fasting glucose/HbA1c, Vitamin B12, TSH, electrolytes, LFT/KFT karwana useful rahega. Persistent symptoms mein neurological examination bhi zaroori hai.
