Yesterday at my workplace, I suddenly felt dizzy and weak and almost fainted. I have been under a lot of mental stress lately and my sleep has also been disturbed. I often feel tired, low on energy, and sometimes light-headed. I want to know if this could be due to stress, low BP, or weakness and which basic blood tests I should get done. Please advise
