Sir / mam..please help me...I went to a ent doctor..I had tongue ulcer..he checked it with metal tongue depressor ..I was not sure if it was cleaned..so I called the doctor many times..doctor told me to come next day..now he used another tongue depressor to check which was plastic..he opened it infornt of me..still I have doubt whether he had infected it with virus and bacteria from other contaminated patients and put inside my mouth..kindly suggest any test I need to do.. I am scared if I get hiv or hepatitis because of this

I take care of street dogs now i am mostly takeing care of 80 days old street puppy they play with me bites on my feet their teeth got brushed on my biceps while handling them for vaacine and i got many many tiny cuts from them inc. Their teeth and nails i am attaching those latest pic.i have taken my last arv vaccine full course in 2024 april 5 doses after then i have taken arv for quite a few times some times 1 sometimes 3 etc etc my latest vaccince dose was 2 months ago i have taken 2 doses as booster dose so do i need more vaccine now or i am safe??

On Thursday I taken d3 60k iu. On Sunday again I took 60 k iu. I thought it will reduce weakness as I have to go office. But High pain in all joints started. I am not able to stand. Whenever I do my thyroid tests, I get very ambiguous results. Most of the time, my reports show low T3 and T4 levels, but my TSH remains within the normal range. Why does this happen??? I'm confused about whether I actually have a thyroid problem or not. After doing some research, I learned that a TPO test might help determine whether I have a thyroid disorder. Is that true? Hello Doctor, I have been monitoring my blood pressure for some time. On most days, it stays around 140/95 to 145/100 mmHg, but on some days it goes higher than this. I also experience severe headaches, especially when my BP is elevated. I have made lifestyle changes, including improving my diet and trying to be more active. My BP has reduced slightly, but it is still not within the normal range. I would like your advice on whether I should start medication or if regular exercise and lifestyle modifications may be sufficient. For reference, after my PCNL procedure in December, my BP remained around 120/80 to 130/85 for about a month while I was following a very clean diet.

I Got a Cut From a Scissor That Was Used By Someone Else. The Scissor Was Used By The Other Person 50-60 Minutes Before My Use. The Scissor Was Untouched For 50-60 minutes, and then I Had Used It. The injury had bleeded, 2-3 drops of blood came out.
