I hit my head fairly hard this morning while opening my almirah to look for something. There was no bleeding, and the exact spot where I hit my head does not hurt much. However, since then I have been feeling dizzy and not quite like myself. I have mild dizziness, a strange “off” feeling in my head, and slight pain at the back of my head (even though I did not hit that area). I was unable to study for more than one hour because I kept feeling “off.” I did not lose consciousness, and I have not had any vomiting or blackout. Is this normal after hitting my head? Do I need to go to the emergency room?

Please find the attached ECG Graph and evaluate for same . How's the report revealed and what is the condition of heart . NB - I have done this without doctor recommendation due to my anxiety and palpitation.

A few months ago , I experienced chest pain and consulted a doctor. Tests including chest X-ray ECG blood work and Troponin levels were done- all came back normal.cardiac issues were ruled out and was told it might be acid reflux. I took prescribed medicine like nexpro rd and antibiotics and saw gradual improvement . After a month, symptoms improved slightly, but l continued to feel mild chest and back pain, especially on the left side and while lying down. I then had a stool test for H. pylori, which came back negative. Further blood tests showed low folic acid, high LDL, HDL, and triglycerides, along with abnormal liver function (elevated aminotransferase and mean platelet volume).Despite following lifestyle as advised, I still experience discomfort in my throat, chest, and lower back and can see developed hard lumps on my bodyI've tried multiple treatments, but the issue hasn't fully resolved and can also see dI am currently abroad and have explored all available medical options

Recently my mother touched rat cage and carrot which was little eaten by rat 30 seconds ago then she touched tap to wash her hand after 30 minutes I touched that tap and touched my trimmer blade from   same hand and got cut from that blade in throat and little blood came. In our area some mongoose also roam so is it possible if that rat who eat carrot that rat maybe bitten by mongoose previously and because that rate saliva is on carrot that my mother touched  and then tap so from carrot saliva transfer to my mother hand then on tap then I touched same tap and my trimmer blade and got cut blood so from tap saliva came on my hand then on blade of trimmer then entered in my body through cut so do I need anti Rabies vaccine ? Note I already had tetanus 2.5 months ago but no anti Rabies.

I always encounter a migraine attack whenever I go to office. The day I go to office, I return with a strong migraine along with the pain spread over any side of the face. Why is it so specific with office? Any chances of getting an exemption from going to office due to this reason? It has become unbearable nowadays. I take cetadom for migraines but sometimes it takes 2 or more days to cure.

I am from Bangalore. I am 38 years old, my wife is 36 years old, and my son is 2.5 years old. Yesterday evening, we found a dead bat near our bed, under the doormat. We picked it up using a tissue and disposed of it. We are not sure when or how the bat entered our home. We are also not sure whether the bat touched or bit any of us while we were sleeping, or whether my son may have touched it after it died. There are no visible scratches, bite marks, or wounds on any of us. However, we are still worried about the risk of rabies. We understand that the probability of rabies exposure is very low (less than 0.1%), but we do not want to take any risk, especially in the case of our son. Could you please advise whether all of us should take rabies post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) vaccination? Thank you.
