I got done my CBC and  predominantly normocytic normochromic RBC and rest of the  parameters are normal. and also few days suffer from heavy eyes , and weakness. Please suggest

I had fever 3 weeks back, doctor gave me injection, in upper glute or around my lower back, its been almost 3 weeks, when i stretch my leg it pains, and my job is 10 hour walking and standing, and only after 1 hour my lower back and right leg starts paining, as he injected in right upper glute, what can i do now?? Are there any tests that i should get done??

Since yesterday, I have been experiencing severe loose motions, possibly due to food poisoning. I have already had more than six episodes of diarrhea. I also had a mildly high temperature initially, which has now come down. I feel a burning or hot sensation in my stomach and have an urgent need to use the restroom each time. I started taking Metrogyl 400 mg, but I am not sure if it is helping. As I am a foreigner in India and not familiar with the local medications, I would appreciate medical guidance.

Hi Dr, My wife is in 16th week of pregnancy by IVF. We have all reports normal ( wtith God grace) but WBC is always high. We did CBC on 27th Dec 2025 and it was 15.89 approx and Today is 18.9. Mine wife has always WBC high ( around 11k) from childhood. I am attaching Last CBC and latest Report. She is on lots of medicine including Dexona 0.5(1-0-1) from start of pregnancy. Does this medicine cause the WBC variation? I am worried about Cancer Please suggest. Our Gynco said report is OK. Need second review once.

My partner has been diagnosed with Acute HIV 1 infection few days back. He had been seeing symptoms like rashes on feet, palms, swollen nodes, extreme fatigue, legs and shoulders joint pain swelling for the last few weeks. The last sexual activity was in November. I do not have any symptoms, though experiencing mild cold and runny nose for like few days now. I have taken HIV 1 and 2 antibody tests ( results aren't out yet). Please explain what are the chances of me getting infected. Please explain the window cycle and if it is possible to be asymptomatic for me?
