Hi, I am facing palpitation heart beating sensation in upper right abdomen, just below chest. This sensation is felt when lying down on right side. What can be the cause?

I am a 22 year old male. For the past few days, when I wake up in the morning, I have severe full body pain. Pain is more around hands, shoulders and chest area.
