Hi i was having some palpitations and chest pain so i completed this ecg in an emergency they give me sorbitrae 10 mg but after that my heart rate became 175 then after they given metoprolol 5 mg iv so that heart rate reduced they advised me to do cardiac markers results came normal...please advise is there any abnormalities in this ecg any ST segment present,?please advise coz they told me the same for heart attack i m attaching the images for the same.

Hello doctors. I got my blood tests done in August, and I have been concerned about my thyroid levels, do I have subclinical hypothyroidism, or am I okay? I have been gaining weight despite my diet being the same, I have been feeling fatigued too, although I think my low Vitamin D levels are a culprit in that too, but Im mostly concerned about my thyroid levels. I also have PCOD. Please advise.

May 2024: First episode of bright red streak on stool resolved with laxative. Jan 29, 2025: Significant bright red dripping after bowel movement → stopped after laxative + antibiotics + bleeding stopper. DRE was normal. Feb 20, 2025: Bowel cramps/inflammation, lasted 4 days → resolved with medicines. Temporary 2-3 kg weight loss, later regained. Mar 24, 2025: Minor bright red streak on stool with burning. July 6, 2025: Constipation, 2-3 unsatisfactory motions, anal rim burning, slight watery red stain on finger while washing. Later stools without blood. Aug 2025 (current): For past few days, dark brown sticky stool, incomplete evacuation, no visible fresh blood. Weight has been stable/increasing for >3 months. No fatigue, no black/tarry stool. Can u help me identify the problem.
