My ent suggest me vitamin D360k.IU alternative days for 15 days my vitamin d level is 9.3 and I have geographical tongue I am worried is my kidney liver is affected I have taken medicine from 16/2/2026 to 2/3/2026 alternate days please let me know what should I do I am worried.

Which vitamin B complex supplements I should take and for how long, like any recommendation? I'm a vegetarian

Hi, I have a very bad cold since 8 days. 1 night I had fever but no more again. Phlegm and mucus is very thick and it's in lungs, throat, airways EVERYWHERE. Wet cough and wheezing sounds in the chest. I took medicines like coldfiz, coldmine,cofcross, etc... like once the pharmacist gave me coldfiz and cofcross I guess, 3 tablets each.
