Good evening sir, today I measured my blood pressure it's shows 147/62 after some time it's shows 150/72 in left hand and in right hand it shows135/84. After 1 hour I measured in left hand it shows 155/60. And in right hand it shows 138/85. After that I rotate my hand and circulate it. After that I check 5 times in left hand it shows 125/82, 130/85 and 128/84. Please suggest it is anything wrong because in left hand always show upper side higher and lower side is around 60-65 or it is correct after left hand rotation

Im facing alot of fatigue with under eye dark circles and saggy eyes a bit. Sometimes I get seasonal migraine and ache near my eyes too.At night time I also get muscle pain in legs. It all happened after the treatment of TB and after recovery i had pregnancy too. Could it be due to medicines or post delivery symptoms only?

7 months ago in July 2025 one bull have saliva on mouth and directly touched my hand where there are small cuts and pimple. I went to hospital and doctor prescribed me new vaccine name 'Thrabis' and said it's 3 doses are enough instead of 5. One day pharmacy didn't have stock so they went to their godown and came back then handed over vaccine to me . So I went to nursing staff to take vaccine. In this whole process from taking vaccine from godown to till nursing staff injected it took around 30 -35 mins so I am really afraid as in gurgaon, haryana temperature in July is really hot around 27-35 degree so will vaccine work in this case or do I have to take whole course again? I have herpes already and once dry spot of blood touched. Cut on my leg while I sit somewhere so maybe I may have hiv or hepatitis so are these disease can effect anti rabies effect in my case ?

My wife , 33-year-old female with fatigue, weight gain and prolonged irregular spotting/clots. Labs: TSH 11.48 µIU/mL  with total T3 0.90 ng/mL (low-normal) and total T4 13.66 µg/dL (high-normal) , hypothyroid pattern despite Thyronorm (75mcg). CBC shows microcytic anemia: Hb 10.7 g/dL, Hct 33.2%, MCV 69.3 fL, MCH 22.3 pg, RDW-CV 20.4%. Iron studies: serum iron 58.8 (low), TIBC 381 (high-normal), transferrin saturation 15.4% (borderline). Her Vitamin D 14.44 ng/mL (deficient), Vit B12 217 pg/mL (low). CRP 10.44 and hsCRP 10.64 (elevated). Lipids: Triglycerides 217 (high), HDL 39.8 (low), LDL 96. Glucose/HbA1c normal. We will be trying for pregnancy but need to get the Thyroid into normal range for that how to proceed.

4 days ago I gave a hand shake to my dog.. the dog carpal pad region is watery like wet and it touches my palms.. my palms have scratches like peeling scratches due to itchy. I need a rabies vaccine or not. I don't know whether the wet touches my scratch or not
