Reason for Consultation I would like a consultation regarding my abnormal blood test results. My total bilirubin level is 2.2 mg/dL, and my total cholesterol is 231 mg/dL. I want to understand the cause of the elevated bilirubin, whether any further tests are required, and if I need treatment or lifestyle changes. I would also like advice on managing my cholesterol and reducing my future health risks.

I feel like something stuck in my throat but I can eat and drink while eating i feel the food passing like hardly in the throat like feeling and while eating my nose feels it fills with mucus or something here is my all test report what to do

My mother age 77. She recently did her annual blood work. Her triglycerides is higher( 220) but her cholesterol is 190. Her apolipoprotein a1, apolipoprotein b are normal. Is it abnormal. Does she require any further treatment.

Can librax medicine  and residone   cause  urinary blockage and can I stop it on my own. I felt that blockage more at morning but as time passes it becomes less and now what to do stop or eat

Today I consulted for weight loss . The doctor suggested me to go for mournjaro injection for 6 months. I am not sure how safe it is to take these injections since I don't know it's short term and long term side effects. Will it be fine to go for these injection and what is the probability that weight gain may not occur Again. Please advise.

Hi doctors. Since yesterday, I've been feeling like I can't take deep breaths, even while standing and doing basic tasks like showering. I have been diagnosed with allergy, PCOD, GERD, migraines and was also given anxiety medications once. I try to take deep breaths and end up yawning, or getting incomplete yawns. Day before yesterday, at night, I had a stressful event with my family, which ended in me crying for an hour or so. Please advise on how to feel better, as this is really bothering me. All my focus is now on trying to take a full breath, instead of my other tasks.

I am having pain in my chest at the position of sternum  when i do movement or breath deeply since yesterday night what can be its reasons is there any emergency which i need to worry about ? I am having infection, itching and color change in leg and finger area. It has been there in leg for a long time but it recently developed in the finger also. There is heavy itching and it itches often. I have allergy issues and I consume Fexofenadine tablets for allergy what exactly is this? How to get rid of it? Is it something serious?
