Due to heat exhaustion my father is suffering from weakness and body pains from sunday onwards i gave him dolo 650 on sunday but still monday little bit he has a weakness so he went to near by hospital there doctor has put 2 glucose bottles and gave some medicine in hospital also when doctor check the BP it was 90/60 then yesterday also mrng it 113and afternoon it was 115so he skip the BP medicine and evening when he checked again it was 100 so he went to doctor again to confirm but doctor has informed that it is a normal and suggested him to take fluids and juices and fruits and whatever he prefer to eat he can eat after coming from hospital i gave him lemon water with salt and after eating dinner when he is standing to take medicine which doctor has given he feel dizziness and we were worried and we checked again the BP it was 117.Today mrng his BP was121/75 but after breakfast it was 115/75so today also he skip the medicine he has a habit of eating garlic with honey sohecancontinue.

I have been hit by bat on lips while my way home on 23rd may night 8 o'clock. I washed the spot where it hit within  a minute with water , no blood or bite marks. I took the first dose of ARV vaccine on 25th may. My doctor said as there are no symptoms HRIG vaccine is not necessary. But i am worried as it hit on my lips and don't know saliva may have  come in contact with mouth, also i read that new people who had never had exposure before should get HRIG as bat is classified as Category lll. Can i take it along with my second dose which is under 7 day period

I have blood pressure problem and doctors prescribed Vinicor D 20 mg . I've been taking it for 1-2 weeks but lately it's making my heart pound or beating in throbbing mode usually starting in the evening.( I take it in the morning at 11am ) I'm unable to sleep properly at night and the heart throbbing makes me wake up constantly at night. Is the side effects normal or do I need to change medication?

As adults if are traveling to other states or countries please recommend some generic medication for stomach ache, loose motions, skin allergies and body ache, fever We have traveled and have always found issues with our health

I ate two bananas last night beforesleeping.And I also had a little gas at night, I did not know much, but now it is 3:00 in the morning, suddenly I woke up and I felt as if I had suddenly caught cold. I felt this coldness in the area below my neck or you can say around the food pipe. I felt it from inside, just like when we drink water, I felt a cold sensation.After that I got up and suddenly I started feeling anxious.After 5 minutes, when I took a deep breath, I felt a little better; the cold sensation inside had reduced a bit.But the neck part is still getting it .And I feel like I just ate cold food.

Can I take 1400 mg of fish oil based Omega 3 capsule which includes 900 mg of Omega 3 ? I have high BP and take telma 40. I also take Rosuvas 10 mg for high LDL and VLDL

It's been 2 months since my gallbladder surgery.The first month was fine but from the second month onwards I suddenly started feeling cold all over my body.It suddenly becomes cold in one place at a time, but  two or three different places too.Like suddenly it started feeling cold in both the thighs or sometimes it suddenly started feeling cold in  the waist or in the shoulder area.Is this just nerve irritation from the anesthesia or something else?I feel like I start thinking too much. If I feel even a little bit of something like this, I think it's too much. I also have fatty liver. I feel that everything is happening because of him and one day all this will destroy me.

Hi doctor Im 43 yrs male, non Bp & Non diabetic... 2 days ago I slept towards my left side in an awkward position where I had pain in my neck and left side of the arm till my fingers . That night I experienced numbness in my left hand too... From Next day im facing headache, with jaw pain and back of upper neck pain and often yawning... My BP is 130/85 , pulse rate 68, sp% 98 .. non smoking or non alcoholic How to manage the pain ? Any advice please
