My vitamin d3 levels came 20.89 and alp is 159. Rest all ok What to do I have sleep issues Please suggest

Ast is 24.9 alt is 14.4 and ast/alt is 1.7 Is this ok? All other liver function test parameters within normal range except ast/alt.

Feeling extreme weakness, body pain , redness in eyes. Feeling frequently sleepy, irregular menstrual cycle, under thyroid medication from past 8 yrs

I am a skinny guy in late 2024 i want to gain my weight so i did gain with help of mass gainer then it's affects me i gained weight but lot of fat/ mass gained in my face cheek looking puffiness & bloated so i want reduce it & which doctor or specialist i go for this cause

I am 32 years old male now, since childhood whenever urge of urine comes it is so intense and pain in bladder that immediately I need to go pass urine but from last 8 years severe intense urge with pain and urine leakage. Solifenacin, mirabegron causes hard stool due to having Irritable bowel syndrome mix type and then anal fissure surgery and surgeon said me to keep stool soft. Urologist are saying to remove bladder. Any solution of this problem permanently without removing bladder.

I am on cilindipine 5 mg morning dose since Jan 2026 … my average BP in last 15 days is 120/84.. my resting heart rate is 55 bpm … I train regularly for 5 k … my HRV is mid 60s… since the day I started taking this medicine irrespective of whether good or bad at night I feel sleepy immediately after lunch … a 20 minute nap does wonders … problem is currently I am in notice period I could do this but I will create problem for me once I start work again … is this normal or medicine effect ? Anything could be done ? All test fasting glucose , cholesterol, urine test , chest x ray are all normal which was done three weeks back
