This is my echo report but that time my pulse rate was 120-125 bpm do i have grade 1 diastolic dysfunction feature miss in this or not  because I have exercise intolerance that why i did

I am 5ft2inch female weight 93kg..since one month I feel random lightheadness sometimes eye area side band pain,sometimes back of head pain ,sometimes neck..which bother me...I did consult neurologist ,eye specialist..they said everything is normal...this situation comes random...standing,watching tv,walking,sitting but goes away in minute...when I sit n stand felt lightheaded most...I did my some test..my himoglobin is 10.9 ..my b12 Is 195,d3-16,thyroid 3.8,kft ,lft normal,uric normal,hba1c 5.4, all electrolytes normal. But now somedays goes good ,somedays bad,..my urine is lil dark yellow cus I have a 4mm kidney stone since 5 month fr de does not have me medicine ..i dnt feel pain

My serum value B12 226 pg/ml, past 1 year ago had 162 pg/ ml so doctor prescribed 3 re-nerve plus injection. My current MMA - 481, active b12- 32, Homocysteine >50, folate - 1.19, ferritin serum 32.3. I have been facing floating sensation for past 2 years reduction in libido, pins and needles pain in palms and feet and some time severe pins and needle pain in penis after ejaculation Already visited many doctors almost all of them are telling that my blood report is normal but my symptoms are not getting improved come and goes not able to judge what is happening. Do I have b12 folate deficiency ? Please help 🙏

I have lost 15 lg weight in 40 days. I saw my weight was 101 kg on Wednesday & today is 103 kg. What could be the reason for gain?

My mom has hypothyroidism. Right now her reports/values are normal. But she feels very weak, has weight loss, doesn’t feel like moving, and keeps sleeping all the time. She isn’t able to do any work. I have been experiencing dizzness and lightheadedness since the last 2 months. Whenever i stand or move my head it feels like i will faint. This feeling is there for 1-2 seconds. Apart from this i am always tired and fatigued even after sleeping for 10 hours and always feeling low and unmotivated. I am on a prescription SSRI fluoxamine 150 mg and also hypertensive since last 3 years for which i take Cresar AM 40/5. But my BP readings are always in normal range. I recently got my bloodwork done and everything was within range except vitamin B12 which was 185 and vitamin D which was 15.

I noticed brownish pinkish semen in start which is now more of brownish its been 20 days and 6 back to back ejaculation(spanning 3weeks) where i have noticed unusual colour and discomfort after ejaculation more of pain and burning sensation attaching pictures below for reference and report of semen analysis Pus cells: 6–8/HPF RBC (red blood cells): 2–4/HPF Volume: 1.0 mL Total sperm count: 95 million/mL

My echo show mild tr but one year ago echo not show mild tr  i have sinus tachycardia problem does this problem create this mild tr but at the time of echo my pulse rate was =120 .i have also a problem suspected psvt but not detected does this increase further
