From the photos this looks like darkened, thickened skin over the thighs from friction and moisture, and at 30 that pattern usually points to insulin resistance or PCOS rather than ageing. Undiagnosed diabetes and thyroid problems also do exactly this. Creams alone will not fix it until the underlying cause is treated.
Next Steps
Get fasting sugar, HbA1c, fasting insulin, TSH and vitamin D done, plus a pelvic ultrasound if your periods are irregular. Keep the area dry, avoid scrubbing and tight clothes. Bring the reports for a consult with me on Practo and we will treat the cause, not just the patch.
Looks like dry, scaly, skin. Apply any moisturising agent over damp skin, after shower and 2 to 3 times during the day.
Avoid very hot water for washing, body care products with strong chemicals.
Get thyroid function tests done and share results.
Look like dry or Scaly skin...result from sample lack of moisture or fungal infection...
Treatment.....
Applying Moisturiser Quickly ofter bathing
Use ointment such as petroleum gelly
Avoid harsh deodorant soap
Avoid hot water bathing
