Hello Doctor, Please read my query carefully. I was previously rabies intradermal ID vaccinated from a government medical 3 months before. Again on re exposure i started vaccination ID again on 23jun 2026. Completed 0,3,7 and one dose left which is on 21st July 2026. But one street cat leaked my wound on 5th July 2026. I can't also check the cat as its a stray street cat. So what will i do now. I am very much confused. And anxiety. Should i restart the vaccine again? Please help me.

I have taken 5 arv vaccine in feb 2024 then i have taken 1 booster dose in dec 2024 after that i have taken 3 arv vaccine in between first quater or mid of 2025 then i have taken 1 single vaccine in 3rd quater of 2025 after that i have taken 2 vaccine in april 2026 now a puppy has bited me many times and scratched me also many times she died in front of my eyes suddenly after not eating anayhting for 24 hours i am very tensed right now so what should i do is a am safe regarding this senario or should i take more vaccine i also have not washed that scratches that time but now after her death i washed all the new old scracthces bites and applied betadine on them pls help me pls

I did a wound dressing of a person who got bitten by a dog..the wound was not actively bleeding. First i applied isopropyl alcohol 70 percent for 15 seconds and wiped it and again i applied isopropyl alcohol 70 percent and wiped it. Then I applied povidone iodine and wiped it. A little bit of iodine touched my index finger where i have not cut but i have a cut on my thumb that was caused 15 hours ago then i applied isopropyl alcohol 70 percent on my whole hand and left it for 20 seconds then i washed my hand with soap for 20 seconds.  I'll share the photo of the thumb. Today at night 12 am it got cut from a bone of a chicken while eating and this incident happen today at 3.30 pm. Today from  6 AM till this incident (3:30 PM)  it didn't bleed. Can this transmit hiv?

I am on, telmisartan 40 MG since a long time, and my BP is well controlled But the problem is that there are some days when it will stay elevated in the range of 140/80 ( I measure it at home, so might not be very accurate) Also, if I check during periods of stress, then it can be as high as 150/90 Just wanted to know if this is considered normal ? The true BP measurement on waking up without any stress or effect of food will be normal.

I came from home and opened my shop and I rinsed my hands lightly with water then I used my mobile phone and touched some surfaces like tables, chairs etc. and then I put my finger inside my mouth because something was stuck between my teeth. Can this transmit hiv? My shop was closed for 2 hours at room temperature (29 c to 30 c) from 1 pm to 3 pm. I'm worried that maybe some infected fluids were there and that went in. I have 2 minor cuts inside my mouth.
