Flu

Doctor, yesterday evening I suddenly felt pain in my left shoulder while moving my hand. The pain has continued till now. It only hurts when I move my hand not when I’m at rest. For example, when I change gears in the car or move my hand in certain directions, it hurts. Otherwise, there’s no pain, but I feel a slight heaviness in that area. Even after waking up this morning, it hasn’t gone away. Now, I also feel a slight pain in my right side when I move my hand.

I have lymph node TB of the lungs. That got treated my CT scan is normal now. Treatment ended in 2024 sept. On ATT and Even after ATT I have this irritating dry cough sometimes off sometimes on. Does not seem allergic to me also I never had allergies in life before. It only happened after TB started. There is no other symptom than this. What is it? I tried taking 15 days foracort inhaler seems to improve but does not permanently get okay. PFT is normal. No lung damage.

Taking Amoxyclav 625 for throat pain and cough with mucus but got stomach upset due to this. Plz suggest.

I am on telma 40 mg and my BP has been well controlled, but I don't know why BP is constantly at 145/90 since the past 3 days. I'm 29, unmarried. I have sever hairfall and also observed brown /light bleeding in menstruation. I have doneTSH, T1BC and ferrtin tests. TSH is in normal where as my %saturation is only 9%. Can you suggest me if this is the cause of hairfall or I need to take any tests? Could you please recommend any supplements or tests needed?? Should I get the gyncic consultation as wellz

For the past two months, my father 79 has been taking different medicines to get relief from a “block” or “jam” feeling between his upper abdomen and chest. The medicines he has tried are: 1. Itovyom/Ganaton 2. Bloatpill 3. Voltapraz 20 4. Omez DSR 5. Sucral O 6. Razo L 7. Acogut ( Lupin) However, none of these have really helped him. His endoscopy report mentions “gastric erythema and erosion,” but nothing about a hiatal hernia. His ECHO heart test and BNP test are normal. Could this still be a case of a small hiatal hernia? Should we go for a Barium Swallow Test to check for it, since the endoscopy didn’t mention it? I’m attaching a picture marked with a red line to show the exact area where my father feels this block/jam sensation — between his upper abdomen and lower chest. Please advise.
