Rabies risk

I am seeking a risk assessment for a bat liquid splash incident. A large amount of  liquid (idk if it was bat dorwl saliva or urine) hit my scalp and leg. I have raw, picked scabs on my scalp which may have compromised the skin barrier. No bite or scratch occurred. I washed with soap immediately.  is anti-rabies vaccination required for this non-bite exposure on irritated skin?"

Anti-Rabis vaccination delayed

I completed a full rabies course (intradermal) on 18 October from a government hospital. Then on 30 December, I got a scratch again and went to the same hospital. At first, they sent me back saying that 3 months had not passed yet. Later, I went again and this time they gave me booster doses at day 0 and day 3, but there was a 7-day delay. The doses were: 0 dose – 5 January 3rd day dose – 8 January For the last 10 days, I have been having a pricking or tingling pain above the throat / around the submandibular gland area, like needle poking or ant bites, which comes and goes. This has been happening since 2 January. I am very scared and want to know why this is happening.? Please help

Is this exposure

There was this playful dog near a place and people were playing around it , it came near me and I got startled and it was coming close to me and I went away. I'm sure it didn't bite me but I'm skeptical about a scratch as after sometime when I went to check there was a small dot 1 milli meter size like a pen dot on my ankle and I'm sure I didn't get but but what if the puppy scratched Does this count as an exposure

For review and advise

What do these abnormal results mean for my overall health? At 30 years old, am I at increased risk for heart disease or any other complications because of the high triglycerides (245 mg/dL), low HDL (37 mg/dL), high LDL (127 mg/dL), and high Trig/HDL ratio (6.58)? Is this pattern suggestive of metabolic syndrome or insulin resistance, even though my sugar levels (HbA1c 4.7%, fasting glucose normal) are good? My ESR is mildly elevated (24 mm/hr). Does this suggest any hidden inflammation or infection in my body? What lifestyle changes should I make immediately to improve my lipid profile. How often should I repeat the lipid profile and full health check?
