Tetanus booster protection
Hello, sorry I wasn't clear. She fell on the floor of her room and somehow her toenail got damaged and side of toe ruptured. Yes the floor had dust due to construction/tile work on house. I am confused as usually we are told protection after booster stays upto 6 months for ones without primary series and upto 5 years for those who received primary series as kids. So my mother being 83 years plus we can't know if she had primary series. But she has had tt injections in past and last one on Jan 25 this year only. Can I get her booster after 24 hrs as compounder couldn't come today and she can't walk to clinic?

Advice Persistent Low Energy and Fatigue
Hello Doctor,
I am a 31-year-old male. For the past several months, I have been experiencing low energy, easy fatigue, and reduced morning libido compared to before. Occasionally, I also feel my heartbeat increase after meals.
My recent blood test results are:
Vitamin D: 28.81 ng/mL (Insufficient)
Vitamin B12: 273 pg/mL (Low-normal)
HbA1c: 5.8% (Prediabetes range)
LDL Cholesterol: 113.43 mg/dL (Slightly elevated)
Total Protein: 8.44 g/dL (Slightly elevated)
Serum Globulin: 3.67 g/dL (Slightly elevated)
Testosterone: 488.51 ng/dL (Normal)
Thyroid profile (TSH, T3, T4): Normal
Hemoglobin: Normal
Liver and Kidney function: Normal
Could you please review my reports and advise:
What could be the most likely cause of my low energy and fatigue?
Do I need treatment for Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 deficiency?
Are any additional tests or evaluations required?

Getting muscle pull/cramps very easily
I for the last one and a half months am getting muscle pull/cramps very easily in multiple body parts. Like when I am trying to stretch my neck or arms, shoulders or legs even for a little bit I am facing muscle pull/ cramps for few seconds. And after these cramps I am feeling muscle fatigued.
I did my blood tests and only b12 was low which was 120. For this I took an injection weekly for 3 weeks. And for the past one month I am taking Gabapentin me 100 mg and Shelcal xt.
But still I am getting these issues.
My vitamin d was 41. Hb1ac, thyroid, cbc, electrolytes, esr, crp and cpk are all normal.

Burning sensation in eyes
I am writing to seek your opinion regarding my father (80 years old).
Chief complaint: Burning sensation in both eyes for approximately one month. There is no eye discharge, but he experiences persistent burning and irritation.
Eye examination findings:
Vision: Right eye – 6/9, Left eye – 6/18
Pseudophakia (status post cataract surgery with intraocular lens implantation)
Medical history:
No history of diabetes
History of hypertension
The following medications were prescribed:
Maxmoist Eye Drops – 1 drop, 4 times daily
Aydrops Eye Drops – 1 drop, 4 times daily
Unfortunately, despite using these medications as advised, his symptoms have not improved. Even frequent splashing of water on his eyes has not provided any relief.
Could you please advise:
What could be the possible cause of his persistent burning sensation?
Whether any additional investigations or examinations are required.
Whether you would recommend any alternative medications ?
Eyes is hereby attached.
