Four or five cubes of paneer once a week will not push your cholesterol up. Paneer is a good protein and calcium source; at 24 the bigger culprits are the butter masala gravy, deep-fried snacks, bakery items and sugary drinks, not the paneer itself. Cholesterol in most young people is driven by refined carbs, trans fat and low activity far more than by dairy. Enjoy it weekly, ask for less cream and butter in the gravy, and keep up 30 minutes of daily exercise.
Next Steps
Carry on with your weekly paneer, prefer home-made or grilled over restaurant butter masala. If you are still anxious, get one lipid profile done fasting - that single report will answer the question better than any food guesswork. Share it with me on a Practo consult and I will tell you exactly what to change.

Eating paneer in moderation does not automatically increase cholesterol for most healthy people. However, full-fat paneer is high in saturated fat. Eating large amounts or cooking it in heavy cream, butter, or oil can raise LDL (bad) cholesterol levels over time. How to Eat Paneer Heart-Safely:- Choose Low-Fat: Make or buy paneer made from toned or skimmed milk to cut down on saturated fat. Grill or Bake: Choose grilled, air-fried, or lightly sautéed paneer instead of deep-fried dishes. Watch Portions: Keep your serving sizes small and pair paneer with high-fiber vegetables and whole grains

Paneer alone increases cholesterol levels but on taking in large quantities and regularly But cholesterol levels are increased due to other factors as well Oily food, poor eating habits etc. For Everyone with deranged lipid profile walking is advised 30 min twice daily Preferably before meals
