For the past 2 years I feel my head tightly wrapped along with a vision issue because of this i have dizziness and little balance issues while walking. I believe this has been started after my head was locked by an opponent while fighting. From my inside i feel like there is an issue with blood flow to my head. I had done an MRI scan but there been no issue I been struggling for 2 years Please help

I am 43yrs old male.I had a mild fever. I checked it today and it was 97.2. Currently, I am experiencing body weakness, a sore throat, mild body aches, and a slight sensation of movement in my stomach, along with a feeling of heaviness in my head. I have IBS and vit d deficiency I m taking shelcal hd tab and yesterday I got fever sore throat running nose sneezing bought medicine from dr took yesterday night from today morning too much dizziness motion 2 times from 2 days I did not take shelcal is it due to this ? When to stop vit d tab is it long term mine it was 12.8 so dr gave it and IBS I m not taking any tablet now before I had taken many ayurvedic allopathy now I have changed diet itself is it also long term sometimes it flares up wat r the remedies ! Scanning shows edemateous small distal bowel loops is it IBS ?

For the past two days, I have been experiencing upper left-sided pain when taking a deep breath, which causes shortness of breath and radiates to my left shoulder. The pain becomes significantly worse at night and improves in the morning. Additionally, I am experiencing ongoing gastric issues: my stool is discolored, always floats, and sometimes has visible particles in it (I suspect worms). I also have acne. Given this combination of severe nighttime breathing/shoulder pain and digestive issues, is this an emergency, and should I consult a General Physician or a Gastroenterologist first?

A dog had probably eaten from the garbage bag ket outside as the garbage collector didn't pick it up today. It took me 2-3 minutes or more when I tried to pick it up with a stick and put it on the side. But the bag fell on the ground and some liquid splashed up in my eyes. I don't know if this poses a risk for rabies or not and if I need to get vaccinated? Because saliva may not have dried but it was over 3-5 minutes since the bag was lying isolated. Kindly advise please.

Hello, a dog might have eaten from the garbage bag as it was open and loose. When I saw the bag no dog was to be seen nearby but bag's contents were loose. I waited 2-3 mins then tried to lift the bag with a stick and to place it aside, but it fell on ground and some liquid drops splashed up in my eyes. Can I get rabies if the dog was rabid?

Dear Doctor ji 🙏🏻 Healthy male ,   physically fit ,   overall healthy life style. Veg diet,    no alchohol,   basic exercise.   Work from home. Suffering from Coital vertigo since one week with exhaustion.  Heaviness in head due to water absorption while head bath . Whike bathing head bath shower, water sipping to right ear. Coital vertigo may be rising due to right ear issues or any Basic history of BP since 6 months due to stress. Started   Vertin 8     1-0-1     and      Tazloc 40   1-0-0 Please advice. Middle abdominal pain from past 2 weeks and when occurs I press that area and I can feel the pain.Its whole middle abdomen till navel.
