I had chest tightess and chest burn ... they took ecg and high sensitivity troponin test ... it was normal .. after that i consulted gastroenterologist.. he gave me nexpro 40 and kinipride for 10 days ... my symptoms reduced ... still mild tightness is there sometimes .. what to do

I am under the procedure of planning my wedding and it's been quite stressful. I am also in my PMS phase. I am getting frequent headaches. It's very sunny right now. It's very hot where I live in. The headache is near my forehead. My period is a day late I am not late generally, I am not pregnant for sure. I am generally hyper acidic. I have a good protein and take my diet is generally very balanced. What should I do for the headaches?

I have been feeling very low for the past 2 days. My arms and legs feel heavy and painful. I feel cold like I have a fever, and I feel weak, but there is no fever on the thermometer.
