I have pain in below right abdomen point pain itself it doesn't radiate what is it ? In scan it doesn't show I have from my pregnancy is it hernia ? I have IBS is it IBS pain small edema in distal bowel loops shown is it appendix ? From 6 yrs I have that pain some say when body gets heat I get that pain is it from heat ? During menstruation my IBS is also worse and I get that point pain too ? I m worried behind it when I put pressure while passing stool it pains little is it pain in intestines ?

I have been having constant brain fog, poor concentration, and I forget what I study. I wake up feeling exhausted even after sleeping and feel sleepy throughout the day. I have no motivation and feel like I have no control over my life. I recently failed an important professional exam, and since then these symptoms have become worse. Sometimes I also have thoughts of hurting myself, but I have no plan or intention to act on them and I am safe. What could be the cause, and what tests or specialist would you recommend?

I have been urinating very frequently like once every hour during the day and at night it becomes too frequent sometimes even every 5 minutes. I don't have any burning sensation,pain,fever. What could it be?

I have been experiencing pain inside my throat, especially when I eat or swallow food. The pain started recently and seems to become more noticeable during meals. It feels like something is irritating the inside of my throat, making swallowing uncomfortable. Drinking water is slightly easier, but eating solid foods causes more pain. I do not know whether it is due to an infection, inflammation, or another problem. I would like to have my throat examined to identify the cause of the pain. If necessary, I would appreciate advice on the appropriate treatment or medication to help relieve the discomfort and prevent the condition from getting worse.

I got my sugar tested multiple time including HBA1c everything is good there is some nervous issue I think as I have tingling sensation in my palm area when I go to sleep and especially when I wake up in morning since last 7 years. I am little deficient on B12 and D3. My die is very casual and I always eat out. I am on intermittent fasting since last several years. Further I have developed this new problem wherein I am not able to squat for Indian style toilet since last 5-6 months as I have started using western closet now and my cholestrol also seems to be high as I am not eating anything but still getting fat, I never had belly fat ever. Height 181 cm and weight around 85.

What are the most common causes of having dark brown stool? Recently I have started consuming chia seeds with water and noticed that after that I have started getting brown stool , can it be the cause of the above? Please help
