I am feverish internally, measured temp normal. Body temp becomes hot for few minutes then goes normal, but continues to not feeling well for past 7 days. No cold, cough. Burning eyes Not red or teary. Upper stomach heaviness.
Mild rare cramps, mild. Malaise. No diarrhea. No vomit. Able to eat.
*Had street food once before this and also could be mosquito bites.
*Typhoid dot IgM test is negative. Cbc is normal with neutrophils 71. USG shows reactive mesenteric lymphadenopathy, other normal. No dengue malaria test done. Can typhoid b false neg in early stage?? Are my symptoms mosquito bites related
Tried home remedy.
Dr is unavailable to fup due Holiday. I don't know if it's viral or bacterial. I can't afford more tests. Is it safe to take cefexime 400 for 10 days, but no culture tests done?
"Please suggest any medicine from ur side or a safe gut medicine." (no diarrhea or vomit, firm stool, normal urine, on &off less than 100 feverish)🙏🏻
