I feel tired all the time, I have pain in at least one part of my body like i have a headache and hand pain today. I have digestive issues too, and i have premature grey hair since teenage, which doctor should i go to, i want to live a healthy life.

Hi After having dull pain under right abdomen, we did lft where total bilirubin was 1.2 and sgpt was slightly higher 77. Post diet changes over a month, sgpt came down to 61 plus improvement in discomfort. Now Total bilirubin increased to 1..32 (indirect value now is 0.89 from 0.78). All other markers like ggtp etc have also improved. Why did bilirubin increase post diet changes?

One year ago i had a c section delivery. Recently I am diagnosed with slipped disc. I am doing night shift, for that I am not able to take rest and sleep also very less. I can't sleep. Might be I am heading towards insomnia. Can any doctor provide me a medical prescription to prescribe that I need day shift and proper sleep pattern

From past 5 days 57 years of my mother in law is suffering from high bp about 220/120 .she is having headache. We went to a reputed hospital and admitted into emergency and they conducted sevaral test like  Hba1c,tsh,cbp,ecg ,2 d echo,renal Doppler and brain MRI. All the results showing normal,and they give some medication.and it is under control as of now.i want to know that what will be root cause for sudden bp spike ,if it comes again what will I do ,
