I was vit d deficient 4 months ago when tested. At that time , I faced whole body ache , took 60k weekly, and vit b12 daily and vit d now normal . Body ache resolved but I am facing calf muscle pain... On and off, no tingling sensation, not sharp and severe, mild pain. What to do? What may be the causes? Can it be due to magnesium deficiency or else?
