Calf muscle pain
I was vit d deficient 4 months ago when tested. At that time , I faced whole body ache , took 60k weekly, and vit b12 daily and vit d now normal . Body ache resolved but I am facing calf muscle pain... On and off, no tingling sensation, not sharp and severe, mild pain. What to do? What may be the causes? Can it be due to magnesium deficiency or else?

See if vit B12 is normal.if not continue it. Check calcium Mg ,sodium and potassium Do exercise by heel raising and then moving heel downwards in the standing position Also toe flexiion and extension Calf pain can also be due to deep vein thrombosis due to sedentary habits and long haul flights or sitting for long time avoid too much Ac and cold at night
