Dizzyness with red eyes and ears and fac

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I had fever 2 weeks back and also had joints pain at that time. I did blood test for dengue and blood cells but everything was normal.doctor gave me medicine and I was feeling fine but now from 4 days my eyes and ears and face are getting red and also I am feeling dizzyness most of the time.
