99°F fever nahi hai. Recent high fever ke baad weakness/tiredness kuch din reh sakti hai. Prescription: • Tab. Paracetamol 500 mg SOS — only if fever/body ache • ORS/fluids frequently
Next Steps
Rest + nutritious diet. Agar fever wapas aaye ya weakness persist/worsen ho, CBC ,urine test and physician review karayein
Health Tips
Abhi antibiotics ki zarurat nahi lagti. Breathing difficulty, persistent high fever, severe headache, vomiting ya rash ho to promptly consult karein.

If the current temperature is 99°F, that is not fever. Weakness and tiredness can persist for some time after a significant viral illness. Rx: Adequate fluids/ORS. Nutritious diet and adequate rest. Paracetamol 500 mg only if temperature rises ≥100.4°F or for significant body ache, with appropriate dosing limits. If fever returns/persists, or there is breathlessness, severe headache, vomiting, rash or worsening weakness, get examined and consider CBC/urine testing and other investigations based on symptoms. You may consult me on Practo if the weakness or feverish feeling continues.

If a live animal bat hit your face, wash the area thoroughly with soap and water immediately and seek urgent medical evaluation. Because bat teeth and claws are tiny, scratches or punctures can easily go unnoticed, creating a risk for rabies transmission which requires prompt post-exposure prophylaxis. There are published cases where people had rabies disease after bat attack or accidental touch with bat. Get a tt and anti rabies vaccination without fail.

Since you are still feeling unwell, a consultation would help assess the cause and whether any tests or treatment are needed.
