Losing weight but physically fit

She's 5 ft and is 36kg. No ailment. Only mild neuralgia on the forehead. Lab tests-- VitD 14. Haemoglobin 11.7 RBC 4.04. PCV 35.4. TSH 6.41. Serum Sodium 133. My concern is why is she losing weight with symptoms of mild hypothyroidism..?She is also taking Telzy 20 mg twice a day and her BP is monitored. All her other lab tests are normal. Her appetite is good and she is very active too. Her magnesium is good. Should she check her B12 too? Please kindly advice Thanks

GLP advice

Hi, I have Pcos and I train at the gym and also do Pilates. But my weight doesn't go down. Even if does it stays the same on the scale. I have experienced rapid weight loss but it increases again. I manage my appetite and do physical activity. I am thinking about getting extra help just get the boast and reduce the right amount of weight. But I don't want to take GLP 1 for a longer period of time. I need advice if I do one month of it. Will it help me? If I continue with gym and Pilates?

Rabies antibody test

Doctor, I am currently taking  ARV full PEP following a dog scratch (no bleed, minor...)...I was actually parking my bike and wearing a helmet...dog (it was likely a pet....I am unsure if it was stray or not) came running from behind and touched my foot (I have dry skin in my feet/few cracks are there..not open tough..due to dry season), there was no open deep wound/bleeding. I immediately washed with running water first, then came back home with dettol soap + water. Went to the nearest hospital, and got ARV dose (Rabivax S).. The physician told me to get all shots (without RIG) I have taken 3 doses till now (Rabivax S) Previously around 5 months back in Mid November 2025, I was immunized with Abhyarab full PEP...5 doses (for a  rodent scratch....also took TT ). Can I check my antibody titres, is the ELISA Test from Agilus Diagnostics valid? If so when, can do it ?

I want to know the dosage for thyroid

Hello Doctor, I recently did my blood tests and wanted guidance regarding my thyroid medication dosage. I am already taking Thyronorm 100 mcg daily as i have thyroid since 2016(detected in first pregnancy). I am also experiencing significant hair fall. My latest reports (24 March 2026): - TSH: 4.49 µIU/mL - Total T3: 1.29 ng/mL - Total T4: 8.02 µg/dL - Prolactin: 16.40 ng/mL Other relevant findings: - Hemoglobin: 10.5 g/dL - Thalassemia minor (known) - Vitamin B12: 368.4 pg/mL - Vitamin D: 22.45 ng/mL Could you please advise: 1. Is 100 mcg Thyronorm the correct dose for me? 2. Should the dose be increased or decreased? 3. Could my hair fall be related to thyroid levels? 5. Could anemia, low vitamin D, or B12 be contributing to hair fall? Thank you.
