I got bite by a dog after completing my 4 doses of anti rabies vaccination in govt. Hospital. My last dose of vaccination was on 15th of Feb. And I was bitten by a dog on 22nd Feb with little bleeding. Do i again need to take vaccination? Please help.

Every day after lunch I get a very weak urge to poop despite having bowel movements in the morning. The urge feels so weak that I completely ignore it but this ignorance is causing my initial part of stool getting hard and dry. Well, I have noticed if I go for 2nd bowel movement after lunch this problem of initial part of stool being hard gets resolved. But the issue is that for 2nd bowel movement after lunch I have to strain a lot as the urge is very weak. That's why I wanted to know is there any other way to resolve this problem of the initial part of stool being hard besides going for 2nd bowel movement after lunch ? I have tried increasing my daily intake of fibre and water but this strategy is not helping at all.

Hi Dr, I know most of dr wont reply without Connect but I really need help for most of dr. We as couple are devastated after losing Healthy 19th Week baby. Every Blood test, NT scan, Double marker, 3D scan, Triple marker — All were normal Baby weigh was around 361gm in 19th week. Heartbeat was fine Then why did it happen? Why did we loose baby dur to cervix incompetency ? My Wife BMI was 36 around when we started pregancy. As husband , Mine parameter of semen was normal Then Why? Will Stiching really help? Was weight of mine wife caused this ….. Please suggest something. I beg
