Haan, ab blood test karwana chahiye. 4 din antibiotic ke baad bhi fever, shivering aur body pain ka matlab hai ki ya to ye simple throat infection nahi hai, ya antibiotic is bug par kaam nahi kar raha. Is season me dengue, typhoid, malaria aur urine infection sab isi tarah dikhte hain. Mera suggestion: CBC, dengue NS1/IgM, malaria test, typhoid ke liye Widal ya blood culture, urine routine aur CRP.
Next Steps
Aaj hi ye tests karwa lijiye aur reports mujhe Practo consult par bhej dijiye, main dawa change karne ki zaroorat hai ya nahi, saaf bata dunga. Saans phoolna, bleeding, black stools, bahut kamzori ya fever 103 ke upar jaye to seedha hospital jaiye.

Yes. Better to evaluate yourself. Usually with antibiotics and syrup will reduce your symptoms by day 3. But if they are still persistent there could be 2 possibilities. 1. Antibiotic you are taking is not enough or it is not covering bacteria or virus that is causing your infection. 2. There can be any other diseases other than throat infection alone that is causing your fever. Needs further details about fever pattern, which antibiotic u used etc etc for further management plan
