Fever from last 3 days with headache
I am having fever from last 3 days with headache and little soar throat with cough. I am taking dolo 650 from 3 days but the fever keeps on coming again after 5-6 hours of medicine. Headache is also there all the time. What medication should I take ?

Tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 5days.
Grilinctus dx cough syp 5m.l every 8hours for 7 days.

Betadine gargle add 3ml solution in hot to warm water gargle.
Zerodol sp three times a day after food for 3to5 days. Montek lc one at night for 3to5.
Azee500 one per day after food for 3to5 days
