Hello doctor from one day I am having neck pain and headache and feelings of imbalance what should I do ?? Hope it's nothing to worry about feel tightness in the temples of my head too My Bp and pulse are normal

I went through a full body checkup in Jan 2026 and my cholesterol levels were high with tsh as 11 with normal t3 and t4 and low vitamin d with borderline b12. Other kidney and liver profile were in range. In cbc , platelets were low which always comes low for me. After one month again I tested only for only tsh which came out to be 20 with normal t3 and t4. I used to do gym but used to do less cardio. Post that, I started running in morning continuously for a month and took vitamin d and b complex along with omega capsules. I tested today, my all cholesterol parameters are normal , all vitamin are normal along with vitamin d and vitamin b12 and b9. Iron levels is also normal. But my tsh is still 20 with normal t3 and t4 .As usual platelets are around 1.35 lakh. Also free t3 and t4 are normal. What could be reason for elevated tsh always? Is anything I can do for it? Any lifestyle changes? I don't smoke or drink and mostly eat balanced diet.

Hi, I was on an antibiotic for 6-7 days due to a really bad flu. After that I have been waking up with an urgent need to use the loo, get loose stools once or twice a day. Immediately after I get sweats and stomach gripes and it's really painful. What can I do? This happens mostly in the morning

Yesterday i visited a psychiatric hospital and i was prescribed new medication regimen but i having trouble understanding how to stop my old regimen. I have exam on 11th sat and i am very worried. I had suffered my entire childhood with fear induced vomiting daily and the fear shifted from that to now competitive exams i face. Im having panic attacks frequently and shortness of breathing. I have lower right side back pain which i think travels to upper right back side.when upper side is paining there is no pain in lower side. Pain alternates the place but pain is constant.something right thigh also pains.what can be the reason for this problem.please help me out.pain is only on right side.My periods r so far regular, stool is also normal.1 year back i did ultrasound of kidney and bladder, they were also normal.please help me.
