Aapke symptoms (eye ke around headache, nausea aur palpitations) ke multiple causes ho sakte hain, including migraine, dehydration, stress etc
Prescription:
Tab. Paracetamol 500 mg SOS for headache.
ORS/water small frequent sips.

BP, pulse aur basic examination karwa kar physician se consult karein. Agar headache severe/sudden ho, vision problem, repeated vomiting, fainting ya weakness ho → urgent medical care lein
