Flu

My legs are getting cramps at night while sleeping and also when I wake up. Sometimes I feel heaviness while walking. I am not sure whether it is really there or just my doubt. There is no swelling in my legs. I work in a bank, so I sit for long hours. I have a mild spondylosis issue. I was going to the gym until December, but I stopped due to time constraints. Last month, I had a fever due to a urinary infection.

After wearing wrong size shoe and walking the whole day, the big toes of my feet are paining. The nail has become purple as if blood has pooled under the nail and there's constant pain, and also sudden stabbing pains. I've applied ice pack for 30 minutes but the stabbing pain increased. Suffering for 5 days. Please help

Hello Doctors, After 3 weeks of my hommoroids surgery, I feel abdominal pain and change in bowl habbit and constipation. Then I visited my operating surgeon and did some test. Colonoscopy : ( Ceacum : few ersosions are noted with out any active oozing with normal vascular pattern of mucosa) Fecal Cal protection: Less than 5 ( normal range 50 ) CRP: 1.25 ( normal range 5 ) ESR: 27 ( normal range 20 ) In a time span of just 14 days I lost 7 - 8 kg weight. Doctor prescribed it as IBS D. I am taking normaxin at night. How can I increase my weight and live a better life??

Is 4.5 Tsh dangerous or controllable without medicines? Everything is normal, but Tsh came slightly up.

I am non diabetic female. Had 29.1 BMI with 82 kgs weight and height 168 cm. I already lost 8 kgs last month and now 1.2 kgs more. Can i increase mounjaro doses every month? There will be any issue if i keep increasing? I started with 5 mg in 1st month and now taking 7.5 mg in 2nd month. What all tests also can i do for regular checkup during these injections?

Hello Doctor, Today while walking at home, a small house rat suddenly bumped into my foot. Immediately after, I noticed a very tiny red spot (like a small drop of blood), but after washing with soap and water, there is no visible cut, scratch, or bite mark on the skin. Currently, I feel slight tingling at the same spot, but there is no pain, swelling, or visible wound. My last tetanus shot was about 4 months ago. I wanted to ask: 1. Could this be considered a rat bite exposure? 2. Do I need rabies vaccination or any preventive treatment? 3. Is the tingling something to be concerned about? Thank you.
